Enjoyed comfortable suite with dinette and patio. Free laundry. Walk to restaurants. Great locations for doing arches and other national Parks.
I really like this place. Vaulted ceilings, nice little deck. Very central. My one critique is something I run into in just about every hotel. Tell your cleaning staff to STOP slamming doors when they are going in and out of rooms. Also, put a sign up in the hallways that says "QUIET PLEASE - other guests may be sleeping. Please have conversations in your room, the lobby or outside". Just a thought if you wanted to take it up a notch
Nice rooms and decorated with art of the natural area of Moab! Super desk people and a fabulous breakfast! Great place.
This was an absolutely amazing experience! The property is beautiful, with a lovely pool and spa surrounded by mature shade trees. The staff could not have been more friendly, helpfu and responsive. The complimentary breakfast was unlike any you've ever had at a "hotel". Equisite food and nice places to sit and eat. While it feels likes it's off the beaten path, shopping is just blocks away. Problem... but then GREAT Customer Svc! My wife and I had pre-requested a quiet room but ended up with the one with the ice machine in front of it and then the A/C unit rattled relentlessly. Rather than go through the hassle of a move for our second night, we hung tight and just suggested to them to have the A/C properly maintenanced for future guests. Much to our surprise, the front desk gal named Felicity absolutely insisted that she wanted to do something nice for us so she went out and bought a chocolate cake and served ... read more
