Stayed in the “ fireplace suite “ room 114 mid December. Room rates were really affordable. The room itself was large and very clean. The staff is very kind and accommodating. You cannot beat the location. Only reasons I’m not giving this place 5 stars… When booking I was asked if I would like a soft or firm mattress, opted for the firm. The mattress that was provided was anything but firm and to the point of worn you could feel the springs inside. We just returned home from another exceptional stay at the Gonzo Inn.
This a great place to stay! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming! The breakfast is the best breakfast you can have you should try. The location is amazing, great views and close to a small hiking path in the woods.
