I have been seeing Dr. Moose as my family's PCP for a few years now. I have not had a poor experience with her. She is straight forward and if you have a genuine concern, she is open to discussion and exploring options for treatment. She has assisted our family with 2 pregnancies now and I honestly am very pleased with the care provided by her and her nurse team.
He is a total jerk! Arrogant, he missed my son's ruptured appendix despite 2 visits. My son required prolonged treatment and a few surgeries to fix him afterwards. Will never trust him!
Nurse rarely returns phone calls. Have to call for follow-ups, procedure results, meds & to schedule procedures which they say they are going to contact you about. A lot of confusion about what is going on. It’s gotten really bad the last year.
Dr. Sanchez did a rotator cuff repair on my shoulder. I made him aware of problems I was having within a few days. I asked him about doing an MRI to find out what was wrong. He refused to do that, saying that it was not necessary. I had gotten a bone infection during the surgery. They ended up doing a total debridement of my shoulder to get the infection out. I am still not sure if it was because of his lack of ability , knowledge, or just his lack of caring for his patient.

Barely looked at our baby, ordered tests that came back negative and said it was viral. Day later still have temps and pulling on ears. Nurse wants us to make another appointment because of the misdiagnosis. No thank you. Not giving you money again because you didn’t want to take the time to take a good look at the ears. Go scam someone else.
She’s judgmental. Didn’t take time answering questions and explaining the process and treatment. Looking down on the patient as if she was more superior.
Dr. Gaetze misdiagnosed me with PCOS when I went to her to see why I hadn't gotten pregnant after 6 months of trying. She basically told me that she knew I had PCOS even if all the labs she ordered came back negative for the condition (which they did). She wanted me to go on a weird carb-only diet (I'm allergic to wheat), come in every other day for a month to get all sorts of hormone levels tested, and learn a new NFP method.
