I also had to have my Sanchez knee replaced only NINE MONTHS after he put it in. For goodness sakes people, go to a doctor who replaces 250 knees a year, not 10!
Sanchez performed my total knee replacement several years ago. I have an appointment in Sioux Falls to have it replaced by a real orthopedic surgeon in February. Take my advice and do not have your knee(s) replaced by Dr. Sanchez.
He gave me a new knee joint.....He is the BEST......Very good surgen.
Dr. Sanchez did a rotator cuff repair on my shoulder. I made him aware of problems I was having within a few days. I asked him about doing an MRI to find out what was wrong. He refused to do that, saying that it was not necessary. I had gotten a bone infection during the surgery. They ended up doing a total debridement of my shoulder to get the infection out. I am still not sure if it was because of his lack of ability , knowledge, or just his lack of caring for his patient.
I had knee pain for a while and went in to see Dr. Sanchez. He scheduled it for about a week out and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with my recovery time and how smoothly the procedure went. His office has also been very helpful when I have questions after the procedure, too.
Dr. Sanchez and his staff replaced my right hip July 3,2018 and my left hip Mar. 5, 2019. I had arthritis really bad in both of my hips and was in a lot of pain all the time, now my legs don't hurt any more and they are the same length now, they said if I have any problems to call them. I think Dr. Sanchez and his staff did a awesome job on my hips, its like I have a new set of legs. I would highly recommend Dr. Sanchez and his staff.
Update: I underwent left shoulder replacement surgery on February 5, 2019. The surgery was performed by Dr. Jessica Aronowitz of Bangor, Maine.
I had Sanchez perform bilateral knee replacements. What a dreadful mistake choosing him. Had the first Sanchez knee replaced only one year later and need the other one replaced too. DO NOT LET SANCHEZ REPLACE YOUR KNEE(S)! Go to a Doctor who replaces knees full-time and not a little leaguer like Sanchez. I went through so much unnecessary pain and suffering I can't even describe it. Stay away from this man.
I recently had a microdiscectomy performed by Dr. Sanchez. He worked to get me into surgery quickly, and explained the entire process well. I am plum happy with Dr. Sanchez's care.
