I suffered a partially detached retina in 2011. I did not have insurance at that time. I called the institute at about 6:00 PM and I actually got an answer! I explained I was seeing grey and flashes of light from my left periphery. The telephone attendant p ask me to hold. Dr Victor Gonzalez came on the phone quickly and asked me some questions. Services are terrible!!! Wait time is longer than 2 hours in the lobby and another hour in waiting room. Can't really believe that these people are so inconsiderate of patient's time. Staff usually give you an attitude when asked simple questions. Would not recommend this clinic at all. Oh and their parking is seriously another problem!

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. they always over book so you are guarenteed to be there all day and the staff is very unhgelpful.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. In a recent emergency, they told me they would call me back in ten minutes with a response and did! This doctor is the most knowledgeable doctor I have seen for macular degeneration, highly recommend. They have really great customer service here. Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Absolutely not, the office was disgusting Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary
