There great with coustomer service. Went in for 2 belts and both people who helped me were great. Helped alot and made sure to call me back after a week to tell me a new shipment of belts was there
very very helpful. very good prices as well. they always have whatever part/tool/foot you may need, for industrial or home sewing machines. they also do screen printing cheaper than anywhere else ive seen in the valley
