Dr. Gonzalez is down to earth and easy to talk to. He is a good listener. I appreciate the level of care that he and his staff provide.
Dr. Gonzalez has always gone way beyond my expectations. I had serious gall bladder issues and he was able to get my surgery done the next day. The next day was the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Another time he got a specialist to stay open until 6pm on a Friday night to see me. He answers all your questions and spends extra time with you if need be and I never feel rushed. I wouldn't see anyone else. A++++++++
Have been a patient of Dr. Gonzalez for a number of years now. Appreciate the way he treats everyone with respect. Always answered my children’s questions with a teaching explanation showing them the x-ray, or explaining a lab test result. An excellent example of a family physician. Interested in the patient and the overall outcome.
Doctor is very rude, his staff and staff in general at West Wichita Family Physicians was very mean to my children, i was very shocked, it was an awful experience.
Doctor is very rude, arrogant, appointments last 10 minutes max, acts like he s fed up listening to you. He is very short on his words, no explanations and didn t care about my present health problems neither addressed them. Staff at West Wichita Family Physicians is the worst you ll find ever. I would highly recommend anyone to avoid Doctor and place, you ll probably end up in the ER very quickly.
I switched to Dr. Gonzalez about a year ago from a Via Christi doctor and it is by far the best decision I’ve ever made. The first time I saw Dr. Gonzalez he was very thorough and answered any and every question I had with ease. He always takes his time and never rushes you through anything he truly wants to answer your questions and gives you the time needed. His staff is also very prompt on returning calls to blood work results or even just returning messages.
