I wish I could give a lower rating. Admitted with severe chest pains that got extremely over looked. Majority of the team acted like I was an inconvenience. When trying to explain all of my symptoms I was told to save it for my primary care doctor. Thank you to the one nurse who actually cared!
Thank you to Dr Jose Gonzalez and his team. Got there in Sever stomach pain at around 4:30am the staff there took care of me, took me to the back in less then 5 mins, RN John Sclater kept me comfortable and brought warm blankets to me as I was very cold. This team went above and beyond to take good care of me and they did. I woke up around noon feeling a lot better. Thank you Dr González and team.
This doctor accused me of being a malingerer outright. He had already formed his opinion about me before he even walked in the door. How does a doctor get away with openly defaming their patient in front of witnesses? He ran no tests despite my requests and when I wasn't satisfied with his treatment plan I asked to be admitted to the hospital. He scoffed at me and I was discharged. He completey disregarded my acute hypertension, tachycardia, and pain level.
if I could give him 1/2 a star I would! 2nd time coming to ER with him being the Dr on staff. He is so rude and arrogant. No matter if you think its an emergency or not...you shouldn't treat someone like they are less of a person. then laugh in their face. he needs to find a new profession quick!
