Two years ago, I contacted the company Gonzalez Heating and Cooling to change the refrigerated air of a house that I bought. They offered the Champion equipment because they said it was cheap and reliable. I trusted them and I bought it. This year on June 16, the equipment suddenly stopped working. I called them to fix it and they said they havent time to visit me and check what was the problem. I had to wait at least two weeks. My mother and father-in-law who are both elderly. Had an HVAC system installed about 14 months ago in their home. They were advised that it came with a 10 year full warranty. After about a year, the ACsystem was only blowing out hot air so they contacted the company for them to come out and fix it under warranty. When they called, they were advised that they no longer worked on residential HVAC systems.
