Let me start by saying this was a great experience! I google insurance agencies near me, a couple of them popped up but Gonzalez Agency had the best google reviews therefore I decided to call. A very nice lady answer the phone and took my information then a licensed insurance agent call me. His name is Michael Secor, he then helped me out through the whole process of me getting insurance. I have always received top notch service with any claims, additions or deletions with my automobile's coverage. I find the employees are friendly and eager to answer any questions in laymens terms. From the Receptionist to the General Manager everyone is professional and warm, courteous people.
I am a customer of Gonzalez & Company for years and I had referred to them family and friends. We all agree Gonzalez & Company staff is very nice, educated and professional people. Their service is outstanding and the building is a really nice location. They also have a variety of Insurance Companies with competent rates. I am sure Tonca123 is just one of those customers with extremely bad driving record or just one former angry employee!!!!
