Dr. Bertha Gonzalez has been my pcp for a few yrs she was pretty efficient until Aug og 2025 the blood pressure pills are bad pulmonary symptoms, I recently seen her daughter twice she was great patient and seemed caring, the pharmacist at cvs told me this morning 6/3/2026 that the BP med I'm taking causes Asthma breathing problems which I'm having, I went to urgent care and was given a breathing treatment to open up my lungs so I went to go see Dr Gonzalez and she refused to see me she said go to the. Horrible service from Walter in billing. Dr herself is good, however will not be retuning as it is impossible to get help from front desk. Nobody answers the phone and I suspect they are committing insurance fraud. They billed my insurance incorrectly, Walter tried to bully me into paying over the phone without even looking into the issue. Even when my insurance spoke with them and said they would cover it, continued to get bills trying to get me to pay. Seems to be a common issue in the reviews that I should’ve trusted.
