I really like Dr Bertha Gonzales. Her Male Saff on the other hand Walter is the rudest most impatient person. He's yelled at me before and told me I was crazy, and threatened to put me on Pshyc Watch. Very rude gives me anxiety just to call My Dr. Good luck trying to get an appointment. Im literally gone have to drive there J to make an appointment because know one will pick up the phone. Not fair to patient in need of medical attention.
I've been a patient of Dr. Gonzalez for 13 years. She is caring, compassionate and takes her time with you when meeting for appointments. Her staff is great as well.
fav doctor. staff are all friendly, especially the back staff and auth coordinators always remember their patients and will do whatever they can to help out their patients.
I love this place! Dr. Gonzalez is fabulous. She listens to your concerns and explains everything. I never felt not heard or rushed. The nurses and front desk are amazing. It took me awhile to get in with my insurance. Glad I did. Thank you
