I've been trying to get my moms money back for a job they didn't get a chance to do. Every time we try to call to find out any information, our calls go unanswered. I'm not sure what's going on but I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. Seems like a lot of bullcrap going on. I have one guy (a younger guy) that had no problem refunding me the money back but another guy (an older guy) that don't. I was having a severe safety issue with my vehicle. I had to pull off on the side of the road off of the freeway and I found myself here. My mirrors were folding in and out on their own while driving. When I went up to the mechanics they were very kind and dropped everything they were doing to come and assist me. They gave me good tips and ultimately told me what the problem could be and I fixed it right then and there by myself in their parking lot thanks to their advice.
