WOW... Let me list the mistakes this “Dr.” made when I made the mistake of going to Northern Arizona Medical Center in the Village of Oak Creek 1). Sent perscription 1 to 2 different pharmacies 2) Sent perscription2 to wrong pharmacy3) Charged me for 2 office visits on same day anf time4) Miscoded 2 tests that should have been free so that it cost me 400 5) Trying to correct mistake 4 is still ongoing after 14 days and 12 calls and messages 6) Gozolez perscribed 2 medicines that dont interact to
I have been a patient of dr Gonzalez for several years, and am very satisfied. She is thorough and a very good listener.
Having been a patient of Dr. Gonzalez for over 5 years, I have found her diagnostic skills to be consistently right on. She listens, communicates well, shows complete competence, orders tests as needed and orders them promptly. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
Dr Gonzalez has been my PCP for a number of years now and has worked with me throughout a variety of medical conditions. She always takes the time to consider medication interactions, how I am feeling and what I may experience into consideration for all of my medical needs. She has been an exceptional advocate for my overall health and well being. I wish I would have had her as my PCP all my life! Five stars is not enough.
I have had the displeasure of dealing with Dr. Gonzalez and her horrible office staff. The only people competent in the office are the nurses. Dr. Gonzalez is condescending, defensive, inefficient and medically negligent. Rather than write a prescription I was 10 days short on before my next appointment, her answer was to have me not take my pills for those 10 days... Which any idiot with the most rudimentary of medical knowledge knows is a horrible and dangerous idea. Went to Urgent Care.
I decided to become a patient with Dr. Gonzalez after recommendations from friends and spouse. She helps me with prescriptions and periodic blood draws I require to monitor conditions that are currently in remission. I find Dr. Gonzalez to be attentive and knowledgeable. She is quite responsive to questions and is not "put off" if I express preferences regarding my medical care. In looking at the negative reviews that appear on this web site, I find they are not consistent with my experience.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Gonzalez for about 4 years, first as my elderly mother's primary care doctor, my husband's, my daughter and myself. She is straightforward and really helps to figure out what may be going with your helath. I will continue to see her. I don't find her condescending, it's called the truth..
DrGonzalez is truly the worst provider I have ever had the displeasure of encountering She is condescending judgemental self righteous and distrustful of even basic information provided to her She is so medically conservative in her approach as to be completely medically in-efficacious She would rather throw her patients and their trust under the bus to cover her own self than to fear any possible unlikely potential litigation professional censure or to be viewed as making a mistake by her peers
