I normally don’t rate businesses but this time I felt I needed to . If I could leave 0/10 stars I would. I have dealt with a few unprofessional companies before but NEVER have I EVER been treated with the amount of blatant disrespect and rudeness as I was talking to whoever answered the phone when I called. This is the worst place EVER. Their goal is to keep your car until they’re able to sell it. I was given the run around and they were hoping I would give up. 6 trips to be exact. The old woman who was only hired because it’s her family’s business is HORRIBLE. No customer service at all. Any other company would have let her go just by reading the reviews just about her. Got into a small accident, cop called them, and they towed my car to Pitit's Body Shop. Later Pitit's Body Shop billed my insurance company $700+ for towing service (11 miles) !
