Dr. Gonzales is considered an old school physician. One who is very detailed and thorough. Make sure you come prepared with dates and times of your symptoms manifested. Dr. Gonzales ask a lot of questions. But it is all for a proper diagnosis. Please bring any prior scans or x-rays with you, if less they were taken within the last 60 days of your appointment with him. I enjoy Dr. Gonzales approach to medicine. Great physician. His staff needs a little work in customer service.
Whatever female that answers the phone is horrible. Unprofessional, dIrectangular reflection of the doctor. I do not recommend at all!!!! Very annoyed..beware.
Dr Gonzalez is treating our son Joseph for epilpesy and autism. He has kept our appointments on time, his staff is friendly, and he returns our urgent calls within a few minutes. We are very happy with his medical care.
My daughter was having a rare form of seizures that caused her to go into a coma like state. We had been to Baylor and had other Doctors dismiss us a number of times. Dr. Gonzales did an EEG and was able to properly diagnose and treat her.
