It is too difficult to get through to someone to schedule an appointment or for any reason. It’s easier and faster just to go into the clinic to get anything done and this is extremely inconvenient. Staffing needs to increase to specifically handle this issue. I am strongly considering going out of town for care. Other than this, I am extremely happy with Dr. Thomas. He is compassionate, listens and is never rushed.
