Staff was efficient and professional.
Today I had a new or student nurse practitioner who was extremely knowledgeable and took care of my medical needs professionally but I do have mixed feelings on the medical assistant Kimberly. I hope Kimberly improves on her attitude because she does have great skills and could be an asset to community as she upgrades her career in medical field
Their ultrasound technician had already left for the day at 4:30pm on a Tuesday at the urgent care clinic that stays open til 8pm. I had to go to the ER as they were unable to assist.
