Very professional. They took very good care of me. Thank you staff.
Very disappointed. Called main Gonzaba phone number to ask what I should do no one answered so I drove myself to Gonzaba and was told that I should have gone to an ER. Very disappointing and can’t believe that no one from Gonzaba ever called me back.
The PA did not explain too much about the diagnosis. I had to keep asking him questions. He said he send a rx to the pharmacy. When I went to pick it up, I was told there was no rx. It was just otc cough medicine. I hope the diagnosis was correct.
