This Urgent Care charged me $60 just to waste my time with less than 5 minutes of conversation about how they didn’t have the specialty care to address my issues. I was worried that I maybe had a mini stroke (trouble seeing and walking straight) only to be told that had I….it wouldn’t have lasted this long and I’d go back to normal. WHAT?!?!

Went in to be seen (with 1 other person in the waiting room) and waited 45 minutes. While I was waiting a daughter brought her elderly mother in stating "I think my mom might be having a stroke!" The front desk clerk told her "that's ok! Have a seat and we'll call u back in soon" the daughter was clearly worried after waiting she asked when will she be seen?! Got to the urgent care at 7:45 am and the man securing the building told me they were open and let me in . Walked into an employee having a conversation on speaker phone using the f word and talking about women . After a couple of minutes of saying “hello”” several times I just say down with my symptoms getting worse .
