I saw Andrea Leong, APN, on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 for severe sore throat, head & chest congestion and cough that began on March 3rd. I was diagnosed with an Upper Respiratory Infection. I took my remaining prescription of Benzonate (100 MG) that had been prescribed on an earlier visit to your Clinic. Ms. Leong asked me if they were helping & I replied "not really" so she said she would order a larger dose of 150 MG. Walgreens informed me that it was Out of Stock. This location is great! Staff is really friendly and caring and the facility is really clean! This will be my set location from now on!
Waited for over 30 minutes to sign in. Was never once acknowledged. There was a couple in front of me that had been waiting to sign in for over 40 minutes. Meanwhile, the person working sign in was completely lost working with a poor woman with some kind of claim. Will never come back.
I have been waiting almost 90 minutes to be seen. The clinic is not busy at all. I am very, very disappointed.
