I would like to commend Dr. Bill Gonzaba for not only providing great medical service to our community but for actually taking action and making great contributions to our community. for example, by speaking at the recent Hispanic chamber event sharing his story. I have been going here for several years and have received the best medical care. Sometimes the wait is long but it is long with every doctor anywhere you go. The staff is kind and courteous and the doctors care about their patients. Great place to take family members for kiddos and elderly. their urgent care does take some time just like any emergency room would but it is worth the minimal wait.
I agree with you, this group is the worse. If you need to interview some one keep my mother in mind. She went in at 1:30pm and was not seen til 7:15pm, she is diabetic and she had not eaten. The PA who saw her beat her with that little hammer they use to check your reflex. He said she had to many problem and never treated the reason she went in. He said he would give her samples and them refuse to later.. So contact me with any questions thanks...210-399-7366 RJP
