I visited with a stiff neck hoping for relief. The massage was decent and I did feel somewhat better afterward, though my neck issue wasn’t completely resolved. The therapist was professional, but there are some areas that need improvement. My main concerns were with the facility itself. The room had an unpleasant odor that reminded me of wet laundry, which made it hard to fully relax. Honestly the worst massage I have ever received. She massaged me on top of the towel. She never actually massaged, she just rubbed in circles and I repeatedly asked her for a deep tissue, I would have been happy with a soft tissue but nothing. She didn’t even do a massage. I had to ask her if she was licensed because someone who is licensed would not give such a terrible massage.
