im really disappointed about my order I told them my throat was sore and asked if I could have it without ice, but they said no. Then I politely asked, smiling, if I could at least have less ice, but they responded quite rudely, saying they couldn’t change the order. It honestly made me feel really uncomfortable.

I visited last weekend. Disappointed is an understatement. I gave this place another chance, but the service from the tan Asian girl with massive lash extensions was appalling. She was visibly miserable and treated customers with zero respect. Management needs to address why such a rude person is still representing your business.
Very bad experience. The staffs are so rude . I ain’t going to that shop again. There are many alternative shops.
