I visited last weekend. Disappointed is an understatement. I gave this place another chance, but the service from the tan Asian girl with massive lash extensions was appalling. She was visibly miserable and treated customers with zero respect. Management needs to address why such a rude person is still representing your business.
Very bad experience. The staffs are so rude . I ain’t going to that shop again. There are many alternative shops.
Terrible customer service, I decide to walk away without ordering anything. No wonder it’s a 2 star review store. Cannot the manager see the impact?! The lady working at the till today should be retrained and learn what is a good customer service.
Service was pretty good but the employees were slacking off a bit, thought it was closed but they were just sitting down
