Horrible customer service provided by the staff there. Very rude and dismissive when I was ordering and the product didn’t even turn out to be correct
Got my drink delivered from Uber Eats, the drink completely looked disgusting and also had black hair in it with unknown yellow substance. Tried to call their store but not surprised their phone number is unavailable. Literally the worse gong cha in sydney
Didn’t know it was illegal to smile
I was really disappointed with the service at Gong Cha. The staff seemed uninterested, Won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.
