gong cha was like the og place LMAOOO back in like 2020 when it first opened at minto i was so happy i went there once a week😭😭😭 now i haven’t had it in months, gong cha minto is good its like every single gong cha🥹🫰
I just walked up to the counter in an empty shop only for the girl behind the counter to see me, but be more interested in checking her phone. Look at the cameras at 10:40am 25/1. She literally looked at me, then picked up her phone and walked in the opposite direction. Whoever this girl is needs to at least receive a warning, and the service here needs a MASSIVE overhaul (I also frequently walk past at opening time only for the doors to still be shut indicating bad work ethic as a general culture here). Good tea, but as part of my morning routine I'm often walking past at 9;30 when they're supposed to be open and they have not bothered to open the doors yet. I don't have time to wait for your staff to feel like starting their day. You've probably lost hundreds just from my business at this point. This needs to be addressed.
