Friendly staff and drinks was fabulous
Really enjoyed my visit to Gongcha . I ordered a QQ passion fruit green tea and tasted great. The staff were polite and my drink was ready quickly. The shop was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone who likes bubble tea.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had. They got my order completely wrong, the place was a mess, and the staff seemed far more interested in standing around talking than doing their jobs. It's unacceptable to be paying for food and receiving this level of service. The lack of attention and professionalism made me seriously question the hygiene standards of the business. I left feeling concerned about food safety and would not recommend this place to anyone.
