I visited this place for the second time, and unfortunately it was another disappointing experience. The staff were busy using their laptops and phones instead of paying attention to customers. After making my drink, one staff member just threw the straw onto the counter and walked away without saying a word. The customer service was terrible. This is my second bad experience here, and I won’t be coming back.
The drinks were awsome and we waited a reasonable time. Recommended!
Why is my match smoothie in different cup. Its usually in normal cup.
All over horrible I ordered a large Earl Grey Milk. Making it took 5 minutes, but when the drink came out there was nothing inside no pearl no black and yellow jelly like the picture showed. I even pointed to the picture. Then when I asked why is there no toppings she proceeded to stated that you didn’t classified if you wanted topping. I legit pointed to the picture and said I want this one
