All over horrible I ordered a large Earl Grey Milk. Making it took 5 minutes, but when the drink came out there was nothing inside no pearl no black and yellow jelly like the picture showed. I even pointed to the picture. Then when I asked why is there no toppings she proceeded to stated that you didn’t classified if you wanted topping. I legit pointed to the picture and said I want this one
Very disappointed with the customer service. I was standing there for more than 5 minutes waiting to place my order, but the girl at the counter showed no interest in serving . I was clearly waiting, yet she kept ignoring me. Please train your staff properly on how to attend to customers will never visit back again.
I am a long‑time fan of Gong Cha, but after purchasing drinks from this location several times, I found that the taste was noticeably different from what I am accustomed to. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this store.
I ordered an apple green tea with less sweet and standard sugar from here, but there was no apple flavour at all — just a strong bitterness from the tea and no ice. I went back to let the staff know, and they added a lot of apple flavour, but it ended up being overly sweet and undrinkable. Really disappointing experience and a waste of $9.
had a very weird & unreasonable experience here with an asian girl that i believe born here in oz based on her language. i ordered regular milk tea with pearls in it as standard she asked if i want any toppings i said no as i dont want anything extra other than what it already has. ended up with milk tea without pearls. missus saw it & i approached her, she said i mentioned no toppings after i said what i meant she went with "its ok" & do it like i owe her a million bucks. hey if you're reading this, i feel bad for you havi... read more
