The moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly and given time to look through the menu without feeling rushed. Once I was ready, Mai took my order and she was honestly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met in customer service. She was genuine, friendly, and so quick in making my drink. I truly wish more places had people like Mai working there.
Worst Gong Cha. We go to Gong Cha often but this is the only location that always gets our order wrong. First time, they forgot to put milk foam even though I was charged for it. This time they gave me caramel instead of taro and insisted we ordered caramel. We order the same flavors all the time. A brown sugar for my daughter, mango for mom and taro for me. So I know for a fact nobody ordered caramel.
They are such an amazing place! Last week I went there and their drinks were so amazing. And customer service was wonderful. They're such kind people!
