I am writing to formally complain about the service I received during my recent purchase. I ordered four cups, yet the cashier failed to provide a bag, creating an unnecessary and avoidable inconvenience. This is basic customer service. Carrying multiple items without a bag should never be overlooked, and I should not have had to point this out myself. The lack of attention and care at checkout was unacceptable.
