Last few times have been downhill. Went yesterday got 4 drinks 100% only yo get home and realize they all basically were 0 sugar. So thanks for thank I guess.

Taste is good. But cup sizes have diminished. What was previously large is now the regular cup size :( Also, $18 for two regulars.
Love the bubbletea but the customer service is lacking. The girl working this evening with artificial eyelashes was extremely rude and miserable.
