Breach of contract. Was promised a delivery on a Wednesday and 2 weeks later still did not receive what I payed for. Called owner asked for refund and was told I could not get my money back and that I had to wait for another motor to be pulled which was not the one I payed for. The owner was very rude on the phone and also hung up on me.
