I was very pleasantly surprised with a lunch visit yesterday to Gondolas. Absolutely fantastic food and wonderful service. Rating would be a definite A+
Placed a takeout order and they totally messed it up. Ordered a pizza and salad and got two salads for $22. Didn’t seemed to care when I called them back. Too many good places to eat to put up with such bad customer service. Really disappointing!! Only bad experience during our visit.
lousy service, unwilling to fix any mistakes, cramped seating, highchair had broken seatbelts,just an overall bad experience.

The staff is always spot on and courteous, the music is upbeat and the seating area is not harsh or brash but soft and inviting. Portions are generous, the bread is homemade and is perfect for dipping! ♥️
