Hard to even know where to start. We have had the experience with Toby Parks at MRE twice now. First time when looking at a prospective, building to buy and second time when looking at a commercial space for lease. I have lived in different countries and different states and I have bought and rented commercial property. I have never encountered someone so unprofessional, unresponsive and unethical. let's talk about Aaron Grant lll. I made contact with Mr. Grant last week. After speaking with Mr. Grant about potential commercial properties to lease it was very evident to me that Mr. Grant assumed that I am a black man and that I am not credit worthy to lease a commercial space and started asking me questions that I quite frankly was offended to say the least.
