I used Go Mow for two years and was content. It’s a bare minimum lawn care service provider where they will got your grass, trim your edges and clean up the grass debris. In the winter they generally do a good job with leaves (which I did not have many except those that blow in from neighboring yards). Second review about no refund/no email reply and owner's false response: I am disappointed, but not surprised, by the owner’s response, which once again demonstrates a lack of accountability and disregard for customer concerns. To clarify, I did not request that weeds be pulled from between the rocks—I have the email correspondence to support this. My request was for the tall weeds near the rock area to be cut down, not pulled. Paul offered to pull them as a courtesy, but this was never a service I asked for. If this misrepr... read more

I chose GoMow based on reviews and the convenience of online scheduling and pay. I placed my request for mowing on a Saturday (during non-business hours). They sent emails and left a voice message Monday morning letting me know they’d be out that day! There was clear communication regarding extra cost for overgrown yards, both before and after the mow. I'm giving them 3 stars because they are reliable, they always show up when they say they do and they refunded me for grass they said was overgrown that definitely was not overgrown. Anyways, the main cons are they don't care about your lawn. What I mean is, they will mow and weed eat your lawn into the dirt. I complained about this when I had them previously and had to get all new sod in my backyard because the grass never grew back after they decimated it. I told them I had new sod and to not cut below 4 inches. I felt the... read more
