Nobody showed up. My grass day is on Fridays and office is closed all weekend. I live in a strict HOA community and this “No Show” and no customer service until Monday puts me in a bad predicament. Additionally they make you sign a contract not to cancel within a certain amount of time. However since they didn’t show up, contract agreement has been broken on their end. Exceptional lawn care! I’ve been with GoMow for 6 years. I have had the same guys, same crew mow the ENTIRE time. My lawn always looks great. The edging is so sharp! I don’t know how they do it. They are just amazing!

I used Go Mow for two years and was content. It’s a bare minimum lawn care service provider where they will got your grass, trim your edges and clean up the grass debris. In the winter they generally do a good job with leaves (which I did not have many except those that blow in from neighboring yards). Unfortunately, they charged me for service that did not take place. I had evidence of before and after work from my ring cam which always goes off when they arrive.
