I called them on the phone the man told me to come over. I get there and told him i needed a tire mounted and balanced and he asked where i was parked , so i told him where i was parked and he never acknowledged me after that, I followed him around for a minute, i was on my way to Houston and needed a tire. I called, went there because they told me to. Ive used them before, i wont go back after this experience i was there 20 minutes and when i left everything else was closed.
