Dr. Narciso Gomez has the worst bedside manners that a patient can get. On the surface he seems nice and eager to help, but that is only a facade that covers an impatient and petulant person, unwilling to understand simple questions from a patient and provide straightforward answers without sarcasm and airs of superiority. Poor guy. Just a poor guy.
