This shop is a mess on scheduling and made me lose $220 in towing fees after being unable to keep up with their schedule. I was told to have my vehicle dropped off on a Thursday morning and was advised it would be done by Saturday. Then the mechanic said he was backed up on a truck with a delayed water pump delivery so that he couldn’t start it until Monday.
