She was my primary provider since 2011, I don't have a single complain about her and the staff, she always treat me with respect, explained everything in detail. She used to go far and beyond. I'm very disappointed no having her as my doctor anymore. God bless you Dr. Rosa Gomez

Don't understand poor ratings about this great doctor. Should not be about her staff or wait times,but how thorough this doctor is to improve your health. Dr. Gomez is helpful, thorough and caring. That's all that may is that she takes special care to get medical tests you need and documents everything you need medically.
The Dr has always been fine. But the staff is incredibly rude. Long wait times. Cant rely on them to get your paperwork or do any follow up.
She only sees u in the beginning and never agin.
Dr Gomez was very thorough with my health issues. The staff is friendly and helpful. She is my primary healthcare doctor and has been very knowledgable in addressing my on-going issues. She also reviews my test results, is to the point and refers me to any specialist I may need. I am glad I found this office and doctor!
Dr. Gomez is the perfect doctor but her office staff are incompetent. They lost my paperwork, didn't listen to me when I tried to explain how to get it faxed to them multiple times, they are always rude, and they don't do their jobs. I'll be sorry to lose Dr. Gomez but the office staff have been this way every time I've needed something important. She really takes her time and listens to you. The reason I did not give her a 5 is that it takes so long to make an appointment starting from waiting on the phone to talk to someone.
Like the doctor but staff is not good. They don't answer the phone. The referrals are not sent. Blood work not faxed to another doctor.
