Backyard redux post epic FL freeze. We lost hundreds of plants, hedges, and a beautiful Christmas Palm tree to the unexpected and unprecedented FL freeze. I had a disappointing experience with this company and would not recommend them. When I first called, the person who answered immediately passed me to Simon. During the conversation, he came across as somewhat short and asked about my budget before even seeing the project, which felt premature and a bit off-putting. Whatever I write here won't do justice or sufficiently capture how pleased we are with our home remodel experience. I have always heard contractor horror stories from friends and acquaintances who have completed major renovations- our experience was MUCH different, and we couldn't be happier with our new home.
