Our renovation touched every room including 2 baths and the removal of a wall. We didn’t stay in the house during reno but had weekly progress reports and pictures from our Project Manager, Chris B. Chris was excellent and although he has been doing his job for years, he has never lost sight that a renovation is a big, stressful and expensive deal for the client. Gomez Contractors did an amazing job on our house renovation. They were timely, clean, and communicated very well. Matias was meticulous and easy to work with. I fully trust them with any renovation!
Very pleased with both quality of work and time management. Project Manager Chris M went above and beyond. PM Chris was always trustworthy and respectful to us as clients. He is always pleasant and accommodating and responds promptly to texts and calls (even after the project was complete). I am sure a good PM is hard to find and Gomez hit the jackpot with Chris M. We are very happy with the bathroom remodel and would confidently recommend Gomez and use them again in the future.
I asked them to come give me an estimate for a small patio project. I received 3 estimates from different contractors. Gomez’s range was nearly triple what all the others quoted, which is unreasonable. I strongly recommend that anyone considering hiring them do their homework, compare multiple bids, and shop around before making a decision. That is an outright lie.
