I asked them to come give me an estimate for a small patio project. I received 3 estimates from different contractors. Gomez’s range was nearly triple what all the others quoted, which is unreasonable. I strongly recommend that anyone considering hiring them do their homework, compare multiple bids, and shop around before making a decision. That is an outright lie. Hands down, one of the best decisions we made in regards to home renovation was to hire Gomez Contractors. One of our initial concerns in taking on a renovation project was making sure we stayed within our budget while getting a quality result. Simon’s team definitely delivered! If we could give Gomez Contractors ten stars, we would. We have done some substantial remodels in the past but this was far and away the best experience we have ever had. Matias was our point man and made the entire project as seamless as is possible. There was never a time when I couldn’t reach him and his estimated times were always on the mark.
