The customer service at this location (Round Rock) is on another level, superb. I don't know much about boots, I walked into the store, and I was greeted by a smiling face. Roman answered all of my questions. He wasn't pushy or forceful. He patiently worked with me, helping me find a great pair of boots. I walked out with 2 pairs. I will be returning. Went in the store today, and was helped by two extremely professional gentlemen. I needed a full hat, suit, and boots and they helped me put together a stunning outfit. All of the materials are high quality and priced very well. I will definitely be back and will recommend this location to everyone. Amazing customer service!
Customer service was exceptional. Never was pressured to buy something. Ended up buying a pair of boots and belt.
Antonio provided great service transferring boots from other locations, stretching boots, oiling, and overall being very helpful. Highly recommend trying Gomez if you are looking for boots as they have a great selection of good quality leather boots at very fair prices.
