Doctor is great but staff is extremely rude and poorly educated. Their language skills are equivalent to a first grader. If you call the office, you are automatically placed on hold or hung up on. Staff does not fulfill their duties to the patients needs or requests. The Doctor should re-evaluate her staff and realize that they are causing only problems and not any solutions.
