Beautiful , healthy food to eat and admire. Youko is a warm and friendly host who will encourage you to 'slurp ' and enjoy your meal .
Absolutely my favourite place to eat in New Paltz. It's the only place I can get real Japanese food in the area. Plus the owner focuses on making her food healthy while still tasting amazing.
This is one of our staple restaurants. You would have to go to Japan to find anything more authentic. I bring the kids here on anime nights. Great way to encourage reading (subscripts). Saturday can get busy with live music. Everything is made from scratch
Our meal yesterday was fantastic! It was great meeting Yoko and the staff at Gomen Kudasai. My friend Alice and I were impressed with the quality and authenticity of the Japanese food served. We were also delighted to have stimulating. conversation with Yoko. We highly recommend this "hidden" gem located of the main strip of New Paltz especially after a day of climbing!
Gomen Kudasai has a 4.6 star rating with 171 reviews.
Gomen Kudasai is open now. It will close at 11:30 p.m.
