They were suppose to call us if there was a cheaper premium available. After 4 years and numerous premium increases I decided to check else where. I found my wife's plan at #10 from the cheapest. Because she now has Polycythemia vera ( we discovered 9 mths ago), nobody will give her another plan. They never called once to advise us of another plan. Now we are stuck with this high priced Insurance Co.

Wish I'd known about Medigap sooner. It was hard to find an insurance company that would insure me because of my medical issues, but Heidi Conrad did it. It will me save over $1, 300 a year in premiums. This is huge for someone on a fixed income.

I used this company for a dental, vision and hearing gap insurance with agent Rose Johnson. The contract was for 3,000 dollars of coverage.and was checked for accuracy three or four times. When the information was sent to the insurance company it was for $1000. So my coverage was cancelled and I cannot get the coverage until Nov. 2022 due to this mistake and Gomedigap just said we are sorry but there is nothing we can do.

I have been receiving calls from them several times a day. They do not leave messages and when I block their number, I get calls from a new one. Stay away from them. They are scammers
