I had been with the same insurance company for 5 years with my Medigap. It finally got to the point where I could almost not afford it. I then decided to take the intimidating process of researching options online. I came across their website and filled out a form to look at rates online. This seems to be a really laid back company , but in a good way. There was no high pressure sales tactics. In fact, it was quite the contrary. Kathy took the time to ensure I knew how the coverage worked and how to shop the offerings. Ultimately, I ended up getting an AARP plan F.

I honestly felt like I was the only one on his calendar for the day. He spent a lot of time with me and was very patient and made sure I knew what I was buying. I felt very comfortable applying for my Medicare supplement coverage through him. Great company!

I just turned 65 and this whole Medicare thing was clear as pea soup when I first started reading about it. I procrastinated until I couldn't. I feel fortunate I hooked up with the folks at GoMedigap as they helped me easily understand the important aspects of Medicare and supplementary coverage and, as brokers, were able to help me find the best coverage at the best rate. I was told they would monitor rates and help me consider other options as I got annual increases.

I was a little hesitant to buy my Medicare supplement over the phone but I could tell Kathy was a good-hearted and very knowledgeable person and felt comfortable having her as my agent. I have no qualms about recommending her to any of my friends.
