I was looking for a dentist for my kid who is in the autism spectrum and I found good reviews for this clinic from parents like me. It was my son’s first day to be seen by them and I would say that they really handled it so well. They gave us options on how to proceed and was given time for my son to be able calm down a little bit and be familiar with the place. My kids used to love going to this Dentist. He is very friendly and welcoming. However, their records system is a mess. I took both of my sons to see Dr. Golnick in November 2023. They were both seen and we were billed on my insurance. Went to schedule a teeth cleaning recently and they had no record of my oldest child. I was given the excuse that he was not seen in November. I have been taking my child here for almost over a year, dental is very hard for him as he is on the spectrum. Every visit the doctor and assistants make sure both him and I are as comfortable as possible before proceeding with the next step. Thank you so much to the doctor and team!
