They charged us over $100 in a very tricky way for a dental cleaning that was 100% covered by our insurance. I lost my trust to the office.
Sorry to say my kids had 18 cavities found when we left this dentist and went elsewhere. Also found out no X-rays were taken in 4 years for my son. Apparently since he had braces although that doesn’t seem right.
Are you looking for a dental experience you will never forget, and not in a good way? Then go to this office! My toddler saw Dr. Castro for a pulpotomy (root canal) and it was the most terrifying and disorganized experience I had ever been through. They were scrambling for tools and materials while he was crying, the staff didn't provide words of comfort to my crying son, and while we were soothing him post-procedure the doctor was just discussing a new appointment, ignoring my sons wellbeing.
Very bad i would not suggest this place to anyone. They charged me almost $700 for my daughters 4 front teeth replacement, then they fell out 2 days later, then they say no refund! You dont even deserve a 1 star from me. Money hungry.
