Put out several bids for a construction project, went with Golmar Construction and Development Co. of Augusta Hossein G, the owner, asked for 40% upfront, then delayed the project for 6 months. We were paying for a commercial loan, while dealing with Golmar's delays. Hossein G said they wouldn't be able to get to our project for another 4 months (10 total months after taking our money).
