They lie to your face so you buy a vehicle then turns out it needs 4 grand in repairs even tho they said it's been checked out and it's amazing purchase then refuse to doing anything to fix the problem
I had high hopes after a smooth purchase experience with the sales team, but unfortunately, the service department at their sister dealership has completely let me down. I bought a used truck from them. During the test drive, we noticed an oil leak, which they agreed to fix through their service department. This was done promptly, probably to get the sale.
