We dropped off our Kia on Wednesday and never heard back from them even after multiple phone calls and voicemails. After finally getting ahold of someone in service on Friday afternoon they told us it would be $1800 to replace a muffler! Poor communication, way overpriced, porr service.
I have brought my Kia Telluride here a few times and they always take great care of me. Jerry is one of the most honest people you will ever meet and genuinely wants to help. I feel like the staff is working with you to get the best outcome service wise and cost wise. Love these guys!
Service department is fantastic! They have helped us navigate some warranty issues with Kia and got us quick resolutions in our favor. We always use them for regular maintenance, always ready when promised, and friendly to deal with on the phone and in person. 100% recommend.
