Engineers Analysis: After having been a regular customer since 2014, this dealership has fallen from a 5+ to what is now a 1. When Bill Golling left, leaving the Telegraph store to siblings, apparently the talented mechanics and technicians left as well. This dealership may be fine for an oil change, however, for any diagnosis work, the skill is simply not there any longer.
