I was discharged without a plan to continue to adult care. They did not ensure that I was going to get continued care.
Sara Tucker has been a huge support for my daughter. Very grateful for the help and guidance she has provided to my child.
Received the best therapeutic support for my daughter. Staff is knowledgeable and caring.
Honestly very disappointed in the service that is provided here, a family in desperate need of assistance doing everything possible to help their child. Discharged and provided no more help, this is our healthcare system… absolutely failed my family
