Worst experience ever. Upon move out I was sent a bill for $888 of damages. 3/4 of the items they listed were things I noted to the manager upon move in, but she did not write them down. The same manager broke into my apartment with the maintenance man using a key, there was no forced entry. United Management did nothing about that except fire her so they could hide their responsibility. Do not rent here.
I was hurt to see that your prices on the website is $321-471 a month, but on the phone your telling me 470 is the rent, what about the $321? Futhermore your website say your rent could be lower by your income. Whats going on ain't you guys suppose to be a affordable housing?

I went in to fill out an application to get a unit at this complex. when i went into the office i seen an award flyer on the wall of the office, asking residents to come foward if they knew who spray painted the office building and dumpster saying "this my hood". I took that as if this complex is ghetto or rough. after seeing this, i changed my mind about living there. obvisouly there is no control.

I recently moved out in Feb. 2010 because of a job transfer. I'm having a horrible time trying to get my securty deposit back. I also feel that they charged me unnecessary cleaning charges. Great place and I loved while I was there, but just beware when you try to leave.
