Please do not pay attention to their reviews. Most of the people are just very impatient or they have something else going on. If you're truly a good person, living here has been the best thing in my life. When I first moved in, the management was horrible - I even got a warning the same day that I moved in. I’m very disappointed with my experience here, especially due to management and maintenance issues. First, the property manager Susan has made multiple requests for personal information that felt inappropriate and outside the scope of standard leasing or tenant interactions. This behavior made me uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about privacy and professionalism. Second, the maintenance team is severely lacking. My experience is not so good. My family and I was moved into an apartment that wasn't upgraded and is having a hard time currently to have maintenance to fix any issues. Everyone else that moved in has a brand new apartment but us. That's not fair. We been here for 6 months and our apartment looks like we have been there for 6 years. It's not fair.
it is absolutely true what they say about this woman in the office. She is going to end up getting this place in so much legal trouble. It is unbelievable just wait for it!!!! I agree with everything I am reading about her. not to mention the poor management that is above her not even have a clue, or care or or-dealing with it.
