DO NOT RENT HERE! – JULY 2010 Management will tell you that the area has been 'cleaned up' to sign the lease!! When we moved in the screens were torn, no patio screen (3rd floor) then they installed it backwards and it did not close, ant infestation, disgusting bathroom and kitchen, door jams painted and would not latch, burns on floors, drug paraphernalia, broken refrigerator seal (ran constantly, management would not fix) and full of mold, paint covered stove and windows, molded windows, broken drawers, 1 inch of water on ... read more

Think Again Before Moving Here!!!!!!!!! – Horrible apartment complex that doesn't give a damn about it's residents. It's always loud, the walls are paper thin, I can hear everyone's business. There are groups of people sitting/standing around the entrances all hours of the night. The cops are called several times a week for different issues. It's like living in the fucklng ghett0. 1 more month and I'm outta here, can't take it any more.

Maybe under different conditions. – Location is ok, the apartments are ok. Kitchens are small. Rental price ok. Management s*cks and has s*cked for quite some time.
